Female Saiyans in the Dragon Ball Series

These are the actual female characters that belong to the Saiyan race. Although the Saiyan planet has been destroyed by Frieza, we were able to get a glimpse of some Saiyan girls who were once alive. Also, a few of the surviving ones became a part of the frieza army after the incident.

3. Nion

Nion - dragon ball girl

Nion is a minor female character in Dragon Ball Super: Broly. She is a Frieza Force scientist stationed on Planet Vegeta. Nion has great talent and remarkable skills for analyzing the saiyan’s strength. This is evident when Moroko and Shito, together with Nion, discuss the power of Broly and Vegeta IV with King Vegeta. Nion says that Broly’s latent power is remarkable. She even theorized that he could become the legendary Super Saiyan, which turned out to be true.

In terms of appearance, Nion appears to share a similar appearance with at least nine of her fellow scientists. Like most Saiyans living on Planet Vegeta, she wears battle armor, though her lab coat mostly covers it up. Unlike most pure-blooded Saiyans who have black hair, Nion’s hair seems to be bluish purple.

Nion herself is presumably a low-class Saiyan, given her occupation as a scientist. This is because it is generally a role for Saiyans of the lower class who lack aptitude for combat.

2. Fasha

Fasha - dragon ball girls

Fasha is one of the main female characters in Dragon Ball Z: Bardock, The Father of Goku. She is also known as Celipa in the original Japanese version. She serves as a Saiyan warrior within the Saiyan Army. Fasha is the only female member of Team Bardock in its final incarnation.

Fasha is a ruthless and undefined fighter. But like the other members of the group, she has a high degree of camaraderie with her teammates and a sense of honor. She is first introduced when she, along with her teammate Bardock, attacks Planet Kanassa in their Great Ape forms. She also makes a cameo appearance in the latest Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie. In the scene where Frieza was using his scouter to detect the snipers that were in King Vegeta’s palace.

In Xenoverse 2, Bardock states that she had a fiery temper, which made her wild in battle. According to Bardock, she was more reliable than the average warrior, indicating that he thought highly of her.

Fasha can turn into a great ape because she is a saiyan and has a tail. However, as with all Saiyans, this is possible only after the sighting of a full moon or Blutz waves.

Fasha used this ability in the Dokkan Battle and also on Planet Kanassa. Like Bardock, she has rudimentary control over her form, allowing her to focus on an enemy without attacking her teammates.

While in Great Ape form, it enables her and her allies to attack as a group. She lacks complete control of the form, as do many other low-class Saiyans, and is unable to talk in Great Ape form. Fasha is still the only female Saiyan seen in battle, utilizing her Great Ape form.

1. Gine

cutest female saiyan character

Gine is a female Saiyan who was formerly a low-class Saiyan warrior. She is the wife of Bardock and the mother of Raditz and Goku. She is first seen in Dragon Ball Super: Broly as a minor character. Gine had a gentle, pure-hearted, loving, cheerful, energetic, and caring personality. That is similar to her youngest son, Goku, and her grandson, Goten. She also developed a genuine sense of companionship with Bardock.

Despite the fact that Saiyans normally do not develop male-female relationships except for breeding purposes, Gine and Bardock had a great bond between them.

Gine also makes an appearance in the flashback of Goku. The flashback shows the events that led her husband to save the life of the young Cerealian Granolah.

If we talk about Gine’s background, she used to be a member of Team Bardock. On the battlefield, Bardock saved her from numerous dangers on a regular basis because she was a part of that team.

This caused her to develop romantic feelings for him, and they began to have a special bond. In terms of power, before she retired from Bardock’s team, Gine was a low-class Saiyan warrior. Her soft personality made her unsuitable for the battlefield, which is very different from her husband and sons.

During Bardock’s team fights, Bardock routinely had to save her from the dangers of the battlefield. That indicates that she has low fighting ability. As a result, Gine retired from the army and went to work as a Saiyan meat distribution employee on her planet.

4. Mint

Mint

Mint is a non-canon character from the Dragon Ball Fusion video game. She is an Offworlder Saiyan warrior who joined the Timespace Tournament in DB Fusions. Her origin remains a mystery, likely tied to Timespace Rift’s many timelines.

Being 1/4th Offworlder Saiyan, inheriting both Saiyan and other bloodline powers is possible.

3. Bulma Leigh

Vegeta Jr mother Bulma Leigh

Bulma Leigh serves as a minor character in Dragon Ball GT: A Hero’s Legacy. She is the mother of Vegeta Jr. and a descendant of Vegeta and Bulma. It is never specified if she descends through Trunks or Bulla. Having descended from the Vegeta family, she strongly resembles her ancestor Bulma in face, eye, and hair color. Her hair has a Saiyan-like, spiky texture to it. Bulma Leigh’s personality is reminiscent of Bulma’s.

In her only appearance in the Shadow Dragon Saga, in Dragon Ball GT: A Hero’s Legacy. In this saga, she is the current head of the Capsule Corporation and does not know Pan. It would seem that Vegeta and Goku’s descendants grew apart from each other as the years passed. At the 64th World Martial Arts Tournament, Pan and Bulma Leigh meet. In the tournament, Bulma Leigh comes to cheer on her son, Vegeta Jr., as he competes against Goku Jr.

2. Bulla

Bulla - hybrid female saiyan

Bulla is the second child and the only daughter of Vegeta and Bulma, and the younger sister of Trunks. That’s why she is half Saiyan and half Earthling by blood. She was born six years after the defeat of Kid Buu. But in the Dragon Ball Super anime series, during the Universe Survival Saga arc. Bulla is born at age 780, several months after the battle with Goku Black. Vegeta and Bulma wanted their new child to be a girl, and Vegeta decided on the female Saiyan name Eschalot.

She is close friends with Pan (the daughter of Gohan and Videl) and Marron (the daughter of Krillin and Android 18). Bulla is the most assertive of the girls in Dragon Ball who love doing girly things. Her personality is geared more towards that of her father.

As a baby, Bulla was generally cheerful and enthusiastic. When she becomes a teenager, she grows up to be headstrong, overbearing, sassy, sarcastic, and spoiled, much like her mother.

Bulla has had no difficulty with violence since childhood, yet she does not display any of the competitive spirit or aggression of a Saiyan. Bulla appears prominently like her mother, yet she loves her father.

She prefers shopping over training, and this is a trait she picked up from her mother. Furthermore, she shows no interest in following in her father and brother’s footsteps.

1. Pan

List of all Female Saiyan Characters in Dragon Ball

Pan is the granddaughter of Goku and the world champion, Mr. Satan. She is the daughter of a hybrid Saiyan, Gohan, and an earthling named Videl, thus making her a quarter-Saiyan. She was born to have inherited her father’s great potential. In Dragon Ball Super, Pan is born in May of 779, in the months following the fight with Beerus. At the age of four, Pan was first shown in Dragon Ball Z as an extremely confident child. At this young age, she was already regularly flying around the world. That is because she was well trained by her grandfather, Goku. She even participated in the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament. In this tournament, she effortlessly defeats Wild Tiger, a large, muscular man, with just two punches and knock him down.

In Dragon Ball Super, Pan was shown to be a very playful and easily amused baby. She was always smiling and laughing when Piccolo was making faces at her.

Gohan admits that he is the reason behind Pan’s brash behavior. That is because he gets soft with her and can’t bring himself to discipline her.

Whereas in Dragon Ball GT, Pan was shown to be a tomboy. She is similar to her mother, who wishes to fight when she can rather than stand on the sidelines. She is also rather violent, both verbally and physically.

Before being born, Pan helped her grandfather, Goku, from inside Videl during the God of Destruction Beerus Arc. In this arc, Goku needed the power of five righteous Saiyans to reach the Super Saiyan God state. This time, Pan serves as a 5th saiyan, helping Goku become a Super Saiyan God and battle against Beerus.

Female Super Saiyan Characters In DB series

While there are a bunch of female Saiyan characters, there aren’t many female Super Saiyan characters in DB so far. Till date, we have seen only two Dragon Ball girls who are capable of going super Saiyan. However, in this list, we will also be including their fusion form as a separate character.

3. Kale – Legendary Super Saiyan Girl

Kale (Dragon Ball Super) - shredded anime girl

Kale is a Saiyan from Universe 6 and also a member of Team Universe 6 in the Tournament of Power. She is also popular with fans under the name “Female Broly.” Kale is Caulifla’s dear friend, sister-figure, and disciple. She is the newest “Legendary Super Saiyan” of the Dragon Ball series.

Furthermore, Kale is noted as a demon warrior who appears once every 1,000 years. She gained immense popularity because of her status as the legendary Super Saiyan, which was inspired by the Dragon Ball movie character Broly.

As a person, she is not like most Saiyans, who are violent, bold, or at least strong-willed. She is a shy and socially awkward girl who is constantly mocked by her fellow Saiyans. As a result, she believes that she is blotting in the name of a saiyan. However, in her berserk form, she would become excessively violent and very cocky.

In terms of power, Kale possesses very high potential because she is a legendary super saiyan. But in her base form, Kale has very low battle power. That is demonstrated when she fights Goku and Methiop. In this fight, her blasts were easily repelled, and her strikes caused little to no damage to them. The greatest reason for her low battle power in her base form is her shyness. Because her shyness caused her to not put her full effort into the fight. However, once she transforms, she gains an enormous amount of power. In her transformed form, she loses her emotions and becomes very ruthless and sadistic. In addition to this enormous power, she also came to gain proper control of that power, resulting in endless stamina and energy.

2. Caulifla – Best Super Saiyan Girl From DBS

Caulifla - hottest super saiyan girl

Caulifla is a Saiyan from Universe 6 and a member of Team Universe 6 in the Tournament of Power. She is the leader of a Saiyan criminal gang, and her gang members call her Sis or Boss. Her gang effectively rules over a portion of Planet Sadala. Her gang also rules the area, where even members of the Sadala Defense Force tend to avoid going there.

Caulifla was also the only one able to get Kale to calm down after Kale’s transformation.

As a person, she has a very rowdy personality and is also acknowledged as a rowdy female Saiyan girl among the Universe 6 Saiyans. Alongside his rowdy girl personality, Caulifla is a great power who can do anything to increase her power. Like most Super Saiyans, her personality remains unchanged after transforming into Super Saiyan form. Despite her rowdy personality, she cares about others, especially her disciple, Kale, whom she treats like a younger sister. Caulifla is the only saiyan in the Dragon Ball franchise who concentrates ki on her back in order to transform.

In terms of power, Caulifla is said to have far greater potential than her older brother, Renso. Her potential is so great that she is able to transform into a Super Saiyan girl in a short amount of time. According to the Sadala Defense Forces, Caulifla is the strongest Saiyan in Universe 6. She’s also regarded as a fighting prodigy. Following that, in the Tournament of Power, she is able to effortlessly knock Jimizu away in her base form. Furthermore, she defeats Napapa in her Super Saiyan form and confronts Goku as well. In her Caulifla Super Saiyan 2 form, she was able to match Goku in combat, who was in the same form.

1. Kefla – Strongest Female Super Saiyan Character

Strongest super saiyan girl

Kefla is the Potara fusion of Kale and Caulifla. Even after being such a fusion of Caulifla and Kale, Kefla has the same personality as Caulifla. This is due to Kale’s shyness and general subordination towards Caulifla.

During her fight with Goku, Kefla also displays Caulifla’s cocky attitude, calling Super Saiyan God Goku’s attacks “lame.” However, despite her immense confidence in her power, Kefla does seem to retain some of Caulifla’s respect for Goku. She called Goku a “worthy opponent,” and she was thrilled when Goku returned the favor by becoming Super Saiyan Blue.

In terms of transformation, Kefla is able to transform into Kefla’s Super Saiyan form. His super saiyan form is a mixture of Caulifla’s Super Saiyan form and Kale’s Legendary Super Saiyan form. This transformation helps Kefla gain a slight increase in muscle mass while growing as tall as Goku. When he takes on his Ultra Instinct Sign state, Kefla also transforms into Super Saiyan 2 to battle with Goku. After Kefla transformed into Super Saiyan 2, she awakened a new unpleasant power. This power is surrounded by ki that fires in all directions. Vados referred to this power as her “final weapon”. According to Master Roshi, even Goku would not be able to withstand one of these attacks head-on.

In terms of power, Kefla is one of the most powerful fusions in the entire series, alongside Vegito, Fused Zamasu, and Gogeta. According to Vados, Kefla’s power consists of Caulifla’s and Kale’s power multiplied tens of times. Furthermore, Goku remarks that her power is so high that he cannot sense a limit to it. During the fight with Super Saiyan God Goku, Kefla shows her incredible speed and agility. By moving so fast that Goku did not notice her movements until after she appeared behind him.

That’s it for this post. These were all the popular female saiyan characters in Dragon Ball anime series.
