Like I said before, these are close-canonical movies in which the author, Eiichiro Oda, was involved. Below is the list of One Piece films that Oda himself wrote or produced:

Even though Oda worked on One Piece Film: Red, the story and growth aren’t as good. There is also a lot of music in the movie, which makes it seem more like an idol show.
